Jack Bendall
Gold Coast Traffic Lawyer
Jack holds dual degrees from the Queensland University of Technology, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Justice majoring in Criminology and Policing. He is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Jack long aspired to pursue a career in criminal law. This aspiration was fuelled by experience he obtained throughout his studies at the Youth Advocacy Centre (YAC), a community legal centre dedicated to providing pro bono legal defence to vulnerable young people. This gave him an insight into advocacy in action, seeing everything from duty lawyer responsibilities to preparation for trials before the Children’s Court. This experience solidified Jack’s aspiration to become a criminal lawyer.
Jack’s experience has also taught him that, like every person, every case is different. He understands that everyone’s life experiences and personal circumstances are unique. He appreciates that it takes time and effort to build strong relationships with his clients and gain the insights required to best present their case to the Court.
Jack’s interest spans the full spectrum of criminal and traffic law, from murder and manslaughter to dangerous driving, assault, drug and sexual offences. Regardless of the issue, Jack will ensure he works with his clients to obtain the best possible outcome.
Jack draws on his previous experience working in research and case preparation for a number of statutory bodies, including time as an Associate in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Outside of work, Jack is an avid sports fan and participant. He is a Brisbane Broncos and Queensland Maroons fan and participates weekly in social touch. Jack also loves the water and will be found swimming or surfing during the summer months.
